New Computers
Yes! That new Dell or Gateway computer sounds great! "Why would I need any help with a new computer"? After all, it’s a new computer! However, most new computers come with pre-installed software and run unneeded operating system services. Additionally, your new computer will never really be ready out of the box because some of the software applications will require "updates" to be complete. These applications include Virus Protection, Microsoft Office, Firewalls, and the Operating System itself. It is well worth the effort and cost to have a technician help you order a new computer, set it up, apply all application updates, and provide fundamental training where necessary. We offer discounted group training for 2 to 200 people. We can even be persuaded to volunteer group training for senior citizen centers, schools, or other nonprofit organizations.
